Whimsical, ceremonial stoneware teapot. Glaze color is luscious, aegean blue with edges of soft green and rusty rose. Rim is stretched into an oval as does the lid. Big. bulbous knob is a fun adornment. Flared base and elongated spout add to the fanciful feel. But showstopper is the quirky, winged handle. Not recommended for actual tea service as this baby weighs seven pounds.
